Challenge - Week 3 - Headers.

Like Anna last week, I'm posting the contest a day early, because I most likely won't have time to do so tomorrow. This gives you a day extra to come up with your entries, and please do enter because the winner of this week's contest will have a great influence on the look of sortedchallenge for the rest of this term, perhaps even longer.

New year, new beginnings, new layouts? Though gorgeous the current header we have here is, we thought it'd be nice to have some change. And thus, this weeks challenge ins a header challenge.

The header must be 800 x 350 px or smaller, and it must be a .png or .jpg file. That means no .gif files will be accepted this week. The reason for this, is that .gif files are often of less quality. This should mean no limitation at all, except for the fact that you can not submit animated entries, but that's not all that bad either because animations in headers are often annoying.

Further, your entry must have "Sorted Challenge" on it somewhere, in some form, and also "A Hogwarts is Home subcommunity". There are no other restrictions, you may use any image, any subject you wish. However, since it will be used for the next layout here, try to keep your header PG-rated or under that.

If you win this challenge, we may ask you to make some simple things matching the header like, linking buttons or a userinfo graphic. We may also ask you for the raw photoshop/paint shop pro file (or whatever graphics program you use) in case we need to edit things, or ask you to make certain changes. In return, if you win this challenge I will make you something. I can not offer you a paid account or extra userpics or something like that, but I can offer you custom icons, a custom layout, coding for a custom layout, a header, a wallpaper, a userinfo graphic, etc. When the time comes, just ask me and I'll do what I can. My work can be viewed at _sinelinea or at Moonlit, my shop in hh_flourish.

Challenge ends on friday January 20th. Since there will be only a single contest this week, you may submit up to three entries.
