Challenge #4 Prompt
The theme for Challenge #4 is: Superstition, courtesy of Friday the 13th.

1. a belief or notion, not based on reason or knowledge, in or of the ominous significance of a particular thing, circumstance, occurrence, proceeding, or the like.
2. a system or collection of such beliefs.
3. a custom or act based on such a belief.
4. irrational fear of what is unknown or mysterious, esp. in connection with religion.
5. any blindly accepted belief or notion.
PROMPT
Make an icon related to superstition. You can do an icon featuring a starsign (astrology) or a black cat, you choose. Go wild with it. If you feel that you would need to explain how your icon links to superstition, feel free to provide an explanation.

GUIDELINES
+ You may submit up to 2 (TWO) icons per person.
+ Textures, brushes, gradients and stock photos are all allowed.
+ Images used do NOT have to be Harry Potter related. However, you are more than welcome to use stills/posters/fanart/promos in your icons if you feel that it fits the theme.
+ Icons have to fulfill the LJ requirements. (under/exactly 40 kb and 100x100 pixels)
SUBMISSION
+ Submit your icons to the respective house posts designated to your house ONLY.
+ Wrong submission format will result in disqualification.

DEADLINE
13th of October, Friday at Midnight EST.
WINNINGS
1st - 50 pts / 20 knuts
2nd - 40 pts / 15 knuts
3rd - 30 pts / 10 knuts
Mod's Choice - 20 pts / 5 knuts
Participation (without placing) - 10 pts / 5 knuts
+ If you submit two icons and neither placed, you will get 20 points and 10 knuts for double the effort.
